The workshop is based in an 9 foot by 18 foot garage and is fitted with an alarm system. I have a 4½ inch screwcutting lathe, a ½ inch Bench drill, 5 inch bench grinder and a Bandsaw plus all the usual hand tools and measuring equipment. All I need now is to re-learn how to use them. Just got a new Milling Machine delivered. What fun that was! Delivered offcentre on the pallet so I had to support it whilst the delivery driver hauled it up the drive on the pallet truck. Then I had to get it off the pallet on my own, only the legs of the engine crane I'd hired wouldn't fit under the pallet. I ended up taking the weight of the machine on the hoist and gingerly inching the machine towards the edge of the pallet. I eventually had to let it swing on to the floor. Anyway, its up and running now.
